Starting this year, Global Village Academy will be using the Douglas County School District's Express Check-In system. This is a required process that must be completed prior to August 7th to ensure your child is fully checked in for the new school year.
You should have already received a communication from Erika Montgomery, Registrar, with the information and activation key needed to create your District Portal account. If you did not receive the email from Ms. Montgomery or need help locating your GUID, please contact her directly at [email protected]
Please note the following:
- At least one parent or guardian from each household must create a portal account and complete Express Check-In.
- This process must be done on a computer; it will not work on a mobile device.
- You will need the GUID (activation key) that was sent to you to begin the process. Each family has a unique GUID that looks like 0707F1CC-81CC-470B-BD42-
170B177777. Please refer to Erika Montgomery’s email to locate yours.
To get started:
- Visit the Self-Registration Portal
- Enter your Guardian GUID in the appropriate field.
- Press Enter or Return. Your name and email address should auto-populate.
