What a great way to kick off a new school year! The weather was beautiful, the pancakes were fluffy and hot and the event was very well attended- twice as many families participated this year as last year!
In addition to the start of the school year, this week we celebrated Riayn Jeffers who lost the first tooth (at school) of the year!!
We also celebrated Julie Taylor for writing a successful grant to the Douglas County Education Foundation on behalf of Ms. Elliott. The grant money will be used to purchase 6 LEGO robotics kits for the STEM room!
The front doors will close at 8:05 am each morning. If you drop off your student after 8:05 am you must sign them in at the front office!
Students should be picked up no later than 4:00 pm every day.
All families should have a backup plan in case of unexpected delays or emergencies.
I strongly encourage ALL families to sign-up for Innovation Learning as students can easily be walked to IL if parents are going to be late!
We will have our first FIRE DRILL (date and time TBA)
Landscaping crews will be on-site finishing up landscaping around the modulars and the new driveway.
The Board of Directors will meet from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm on Wednesday, August 21st .
Thank you for partnering with us to educate your children! We are blessed to have such a supportive parent community!
