Our Mission
The Global Village Academy–Douglas County Athletics Program provides a positive, educational, and competitive experience that develops student-athletes of character. Through athletics, students learn integrity, perseverance, teamwork, leadership, respect, and responsibility while representing GVA with pride both on and off the field.
Athletics are an extension of the classroom. Student-athletes are expected to demonstrate strong sportsmanship, academic responsibility, and respect for teammates, coaches, officials, opponents, and spectators.

Participation Requirements
Before participating in a GVA sport, the following must be completed:
1. Registration & Waiver
Complete the online registration and waiver. ---------> Register and Waiver here
2. Athletic Participation Fee
Pay the $125 participation fee for each sport. -----> Pay for Sports Here
3. Current Sports Physical
Upload a current athletic physical. --------> Upload your physical here
4. Jersey Agreement
Complete the Jersey Agreement Form. --------> Jersey Agreement
Important
- Uniforms will be distributed once all participation requirements have been completed. Athletes who have not completed the participation fee, physical, and jersey agreement before the first competition will not receive a uniform and will not be eligible to participate until all requirements have been met.
