My name is Shan Neuman, and I also go by Shia.
I was born and raised in China, and I moved to the United States at the age of 21.
I have a background in Business, but my interest in education began when I completed an internship at an elementary school shortly after graduating from college.
That experience sparked a deeper passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow, and it continues to shape the direction of my career today.
After spending two years working in an elementary school, I continued my educational journey by earning a graduate degree in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Colorado.
For over 15 years, I have had the privilege of working with elementary-aged children. I genuinely cherish the time I spend with my students—guiding them, encouraging their growth, and celebrating their successes. Watching them develop both academically and personally is one of the most rewarding parts of my career.
