Traffic Procedures

If you have not already done so, please pick up your QR code with the family number on it from the front office.
  • Each family receives unique QR codes and a family number.
  • Distribute QR codes to anyone picking up your child (must be listed in the Parent Portal).
  • Use the physical card or a bright photo of the card.

Lost or Need a QR Code

  • Please park and go to the office with your ID.
  • Staff will call your child and print a new QR sheet if needed.

 

Difficulties with QR Code

Morning Drive-Through Drop-off

Begins at  7:40 AM
  • Use all three lanes between the parking lot and the street.
  • Merge into one lane.
  • Pull forward to the end of the sidewalk for curbside drop-off.
  • Students exit on the curb side; parents stay in the car.
  • Remain in the right lane to exit.

Morning Park and Walk-In

Begins at 7:40 AM
  • Follow the white arrows to enter the parking lot.
  • Park and use the crosswalk to the front door “kiss and go” zone.
  • Parents are not allowed to walk students to classrooms.
  • Follow the ONE-WAY flow of traffic to exit using the outside lane.

Walk-Up Uses Door A

  • Follow the white arrows to the parking lot.
  • Park and use the crosswalk to Door A (East door, right side).
  • Staff will scan your QR code, signaling your child to come to Door A.
  • Follow ONE-WAY traffic to exit using the outside lane.

 

Drive-Up Uses Door B

  • Use all three lanes between the parking lot and the street.
  • Merge into one lane.
  • Staff will scan your QR code from your car.
  • Pull forward to the end of the sidewalk.
  • Your child will exit from Door B (West doors, left side).
  • Stay in the right lane to exit.
  • Students should be able to enter the vehicle without assistance; staff can only assist with car doors.
