Here are the details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone:
Costume Guidelines
Students should bring their costumes to school and change into them at 1:15 pm. To make the day easier for everyone, we encourage parents to send costumes that can be easily worn over regular clothing. This helps reduce bathroom congestion and prevents clothing from being misplaced or lost.
Costume Parade
From 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm, students will participate in a fun-filled costume parade! Parents are warmly invited to line the curb in front of the school to enjoy the parade and cheer for our Global Dragons. We look forward to seeing everyone’s creativity on display!
Classroom Parties
After the parade, each class will host a Fall/Halloween party starting around 2:30 pm. Teachers may reach out to families for volunteers to help with the festivities. Please note that only parents who have signed up to volunteer in classrooms will be allowed to enter the building during class parties to ensure student safety and a well-organized event.
Post-Halloween Candy Guidelines
As we move into the days following Halloween, we kindly ask that parents avoid sending candy to school with students for snacks or as part of their lunch. We strive to maintain a healthy and focused learning environment, and appreciate your support in helping us achieve this goal.
Thank you for your support and partnership in making this day a special memory for our students. We appreciate all you do to help us create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
If you have any questions or need further information, please reach out to your child’s teacher or the school office.
Happy Halloween!
