Estimated Travel Dates:
May 31 – June 8, 2027
Travel dates may shift by up to 2 days depending on the partner school's schedule and flight availability. Exact dates will be confirmed when flights are booked in September or October 2027.
Registration:
Registration is now officially open and will remain open through August 7, 2026. Register here.
We have set the maximum number of participants at 24 students. Spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once capacity is reached, additional students will be placed on a waitlist, and we will keep families updated if additional space becomes available. Please note that we cannot guarantee participation after the August 7 registration deadline, and trip pricing may change based on availability.
Passport Reminder:
Please ensure your child has a passport that:
- Is valid for at least 6 months beyond the planned departure date from the Schengen area (June 8, 2027)
- Has at least 3 blank passport pages

Next Steps After Registration:
After registration closes, we will continue coordinating with Global School Alliance and our partner schools to finalize trip logistics. We expect to secure flight tickets between September and October 2026 and will keep families updated regarding the finalized trip price and any additional travel details at that time.
We will also announce the amount of fundraising support available from the Gala for each participant once we finalize the number of registered participants after registration closes.
We are excited to provide students with this opportunity to explore new cultures, build global connections, and create lifelong memories together.
