Meet the teacher night is a wonderful opportunity to connect with your child’s teachers, visit their classrooms, and learn more about their daily schedule and learning experiences. Teachers will offer brief presentations throughout the evening, with transition time between sessions.
Please remember that Meet the Teacher Night is not designed for individual conferences. If you would like to discuss a question or concern specific to your child, please schedule a separate meeting with their teacher.
Presentation Schedule
Families may visit teachers during any of these sessions and in any order.

- Special Education Team: Open House with snacks, information, and a chance to meet our amazing case managers
- Mental Health Team: Mini-courses designed for parents.
- Literacy Team: Learn about our literacy assessment tools and receive take-home strategies for building foundational reading skills in kindergarten and first grade and strengthening reading fluency in second and third grades.
- Middle School Athletics: Visit Ms. B in the PE room to learn more about our athletic programs.
- Orchestra and School Musical: Stop by the music room to speak with Ms. John about our Orchestra Program and our first-ever school musical!
- Science Fair: Meet with Ms. Ludden in the STEM room for information and guidance. A Science Fair project is required for all students in grades 3–5.
- AP Language Testing: Middle school language teachers will provide information about AP testing.
- Capstone Projects: Learn about the requirements and important deadlines for the fifth- and eighth-grade Capstone Projects.
- Uniform Sale: Visit the cafeteria between 4:00 and 8:00 p.m. to purchase uniforms.
