Welcome to Ms. Burgos' Second Grade English Class!
Dear 2nd Grade Families,
We are excited to share that our 2nd grade students will be heading to Skate City for a fun and engaging STEM-focused field trip that brings science to life through movement and exploration!
During this interactive experience, students will:
-
Learn about Newton’s Three Laws of Motion and how they connect to real-world experiences and roller skating
-
Explore how force and mass affect motion
-
Participate in a hands-on STEM activity by constructing a balloon rocket
This field trip blends science learning with physical activity, helping students make meaningful connections between classroom concepts and real-world applications.
