This week we learned about words having blends with L in them, continued opinion writing, did more with b, d, p, and q, reviewed magic e, looked at complete versus incomplete sentences. fact versus opinion, and started talking about landforms.

Congratulations to my morning class for a wonderful performance for International Day Korea.  Thank you to all the parents who helped us in any way. 

Next week is Read Across America with exciting plans every day.

Monday - We are honored to welcome author, Jenny Goebel, the author of several primary and intermediate grade books, to present at our school. Tuesday - Book Buddies with Mrs. students 

Wednesday - Dress as your favorite book character! 

Thursday - Dr. Seuss day! Dress as your favorite Dr. Seuss character or Dr. Seuss himself! Also, Odie, the service dog, and his best friend, Joan will be listening to students read to him during their specials. 

AM class will listen to Jenny Goebel.

Friday - Snuggle-Up-and-Read Day! To cap off this wonderful week of reading today will be an entire day of reading/literacy activities. Dress in your PJs, bring in something to snuggle with and get ready to read, read, read!
