Shopping for the Book Fair and collecting donors for the Fun Run has started. 

 

I sent home Scholastic book orders for our classes.  This is separate from the one for school.  I am sending this in case you aren't able to come to school.  We hope to send one once a month.  When you buy books our class gets points that I can use to buy new books.  All orders are done online and our class code is on the back of the flyers. 

 

This week we learned about the -an family worked on writing correct sentences, learned about doubles plus one in math, and talked briefly about making laws. 

 

Next week we have spirit week with a different dress up day every day.

Monday- a person from history

Tuesday- decade day

Wednesday- Backwards

Thursday- Future Self

Friday- Free Dress

 

Some of you may be aware that I am teaching virtually and online.  Since both classes are on here from time to time information might need to be broken up.

 

- I sent home a yellow folder to help with organization.  Every week you will need to put work needing to be completed on the left.  Students will put their done work on the right.  On Friday this is what will need to be turned in.  I will no longer be putting up on Google Classroom what is due because of this new method.

-Next Friday your completed work for our class only goes into my bag.  

-If you are able to donate a yellow folder they are $0.25 right now at Wal Mart.
