This week we learned about the -ell family, common and proper nouns, what laws are, and started to learn about story elements.  Thank you to all families who gave my class books from the book fair.  We have started reading some of these new books.

 

1. The Fun Run was great Thursday and pledges are due

    Wednesday, October 2, 2020.

 

2. On all Friday afternoons the expectation has been set to complete i-Ready lessons.  I sent home my in-person PM class QR codes and instructions on how to sign in today.  Please spend 15 minutes reading and 15 minutes on math.

 

3. Remember to be also be reading nightly by filling out the READO board.  When my PM class has filled in all spots please send completed sheets in so your student can be given a Golden Ticket.  I will then send a new board.

 

4. Please look for an email soon to sign up for conferences on Monday, October 12, 2020, and Tuesday, October 13, 2020.
